  All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Products ship via Fedex, UPS or US priority mail.
  
  We use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Priority with Delivery Confirmation for Standard Shipping. International option is also available on checkout.
  
  We use the U.S. Postal Service to originate the shipment. International orders can sometimes take much longer to deliver even though we send them out very quickly. In certain instances, we may need to contact you directly in order to complete your order.
  
  Depending on where you live, delivery takes 2-3 Days.
  
  Tracking information is available for orders shipped inside the United States. If your order has been shipped, an email which includes your USPS tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you. If you have not received an email containing tracking information, we have either not yet shipped your item (in which case a tracking number has not yet been generated), or the email got lost on it's way to you (check your spam folder, perhaps?). You can always contact us and specify your order number and we'll get that information to you.
  
  Because we use the Postal Service, we are able to ship to post office boxes.
  
  Unfortunately, we do not currently have tracking numbers for international orders.

  Occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. Contact your local post office / mail room / doorman / neighbor to find out what they may have done with it. Once an item is delivered, we don't have any additional information. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to ring us and we will attempt to track the order. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.



• International
• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. • All sales are final. Any consideration given to a return or credit is handled on a case-by-case basis.   PLEASE note that items on T-Rains.com are produced in limited quantities and meant to have a one-of-a-kind feel. For example, before you order, please notice which items are cut with raw edges for a rock-look. Also, items bleached or dyed will all be a bit different due to the nature of the processing. Please check the size carefully before you order.
Many tee shirts that we print on are fitted, and in many cases people find that they prefer a size or even 2 larger than they normally wear. The shirts are also very soft and not thick like a lot of the cheaper, sweat-shop made shirts. 2. ☺ If your tee doesn?t fit, we would like to recommend ?gifting? it to a friend and order a new size! This helps us keep costs down- which in turn helps us bring you the affordable couture tee you deserve. Everyone wins? especially your friend! 3. Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable. Nor will return delivery charges be refunded. 4. If you do return an item, please include your name, address and purchase order number. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. All Clothing returned must have no visible signs of wear or damage. All product(s) must have all of its tags and labeling. Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging still attached.
